Dr. O’Neal is serving on the 2015-16 State and Local Issues, Research and Public Policy Committees for the National Association of Realtors. Her research interests include: water rights, environmental justice gender in the workplace, nonprofit management, and asset retention in socioeconomic vulnerable populations, and the use of income maintenance programs as poverty reduction strategies. -Back
